While visiting Pien, Eric and Bart Uithoorn we went out to get some take-away Chinese food from a restaurant next to the Amstel river. This is the view just outside the restaurant.

Whenever there is an auction we visit the Oprechte veiling in Haarlem. Usually a wide range of items can be viewed there before they are sold. This time we saw a nice 'Sun' shaped clock. Unfortunately we didn't get the item.

Beautiful overview of the Museumplein in the direction of the Concertgebouw. We were driving on the bike to the center to do some shopping when we crossed the museumplein, saw the view and stopped to make this picture.

Scott on Naktalk mentioned a shortcomming on the Naks.com website's database. Several decks showed an incorrect  amount of segments for the LED display. I dived into my archive and looked into several service manuals and with some additional help the isse was fixed. I  updated the amount of segments on all BX/RX/MR and some CR decks.

Our once-a-year visit to Artis was today! It was a very hot and beutiful day and we saw the baby lions Ayana en Nyota , monkeys, sea lions Jip & Janneke and the elephant Yindee! If you watch the picture closely you can see Yindee between the legs of the right elephant.
